For customers who are looking for an installer, we have found that most local mechanic shops would be capable of installing the battery once you receive it for a reasonable fee.
We do have installation partners in several locations who can help as well for an additional fee.

Limited Hybrid Drive Battery Warranty
At Falcon Hybrid Solutions, we go to great lengths to assure our hybrid batteries are rebuilt at the highest industry standards to provide long trouble-free service.
Warranty periods range from 30-Days to 5-years.
Each product will specify in the description the warranty length.
Falcon Hybrid Solutions warranties its hybrid drive batteries to be free of defects in workmanship and materials when used as directed.
Warranty period starts from purchase date.
The warranty is transferrable to one subsequent party.
We require warranty registration to be done within 30 days of purchase. Please use the warranty registration form on our site and fax it in completed and signed to 845-363-0322

This warranty covers repair or replacement of your hybrid battery only. Installation costs are not covered.
Warranty Claim Process
In the event of a hybrid drive battery problem, please contact our service department to report the problem. We may require the fault codes for the problem.
Once we determine that a warranty repair or replacement is warranted, the customer will be responsible to return the faulty battery for repair or replacement.
The shipment cost of this return is the customers responsibility.
Once we have received the battery, we will send the repaired or replacement battery back to the customer at no charge.
Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship out a replacement in advance of receiving the faulty battery.
In this instance, we will require a core deposit and payment for the one-way shipment cost of the faulty battery.
We will then send a replacement in our crate with a pre-paid return label for the customer to send back the faulty unit. This arrangement is not always available and will be offered only in certain cases.
When a battery is repaired or replaced, this warranty continues to cover the repaired or replacement battery for the remainder of the warranty period.
This warranty includes 15,000 miles for each year of warranty coverage, or 7500 miles for each 6 months of warranty period.
Shorter warranties include 1250 miles per 30 days of warranty coverage.
The following conditions will render this warranty void,
Batteries that have been improperly installed.
Products stored for longer than 30 days prior to installation.
Physical damage to the battery caused after delivery, ie being dropped or car being in an accident after installation that causes damage to the battery.
Battery that has had exposure to harsh weather, chemicals, or water.
Battery that has misuse, abuse, or the installation of unauthorized accessories.
Battery that has been discharged by a poorly running engine or hard-to-start engine to the point where is damaged.
Battery damaged by leaving the car in neutral while car is running.
Battery damaged by allowing car to sit unused for over 30 days.
Batteries that have been tampered with, opened, disassembled, except with the direct instructions from Falcon Hybrid Solutions.
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the car which cause the battery to discharge damaging it.
Batteries that are missing the Falcon Hybrid identification stickers.
Notice: The Hybrid Battery can be permanently damaged if the engine fails to start for whatever reason including but not limited to running out of gas,
lack of engine maintenance, foul gas, dirty throttle body, etc, this kind of damage is not covered under warranty.
This limited warranty represents the total liability of Falcon Hybrid Solutions for any hybrid battery. All other warranties implied by law applicable to the battery shall be limited to the warranty period stated on the sales receipt / Invoice.
Falcon Hybrid Solutions makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or exclusion or limitations on incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights varying from state to state. By accepting this product, you hereby waive and release any claim now or hereafter existing against Falcon Hybrid Solutions, its employees, officers, directors, agents and customers, on account of any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action and all legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments or fines and other sanctions, and any costs and expenses in connection therewith, including legal fees and expenses of whatever kind and nature, which may result from or arise out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may result from or arise out of the possession, condition, use or operation this product.
Customers returning a battery because of a mistake order or changing their mind will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The shipment cost billed is not refundable.

Core Return Policy
The customers original battery know as the core, must be returned to Falcon Hybrid within 30 days to qualify for a core deposit refund.
If a customer needs more time to return it, they should request an extension.
The core must be returned in the same crate that our rebuilt battery is delivered in.
Failure to return our original crate will result in a $150 deduction of the core deposit.
All components of the core battery must be present to qualify for a core deposit refund.
Cores that have missing cell modules, missing bus bars and wire harnesses, missing case covers, missing ECU modules, and any other missing components may forfeit the core deposit.
Customers who know in advance that their core is missing parts should check with our support department to confirm how it will be handled.
A Return shipment label is provided with your order for the core shipment.
It is placed in a slip on the underside of the cardboard crate cover. The customer should remove the label from the pouch and attach it to the top. Be sure to remove the old label. Customers need to follow the core return instructions included with the shipment to securely fasten the core return.
Core deposit refunds are issued approximately once a week, and will be credited back to the same payment method used to place the order.
