This battery is a completely rebuilt and reconditioned hybrid battery built with specially chosen very high rated and matched cell modules.
This battery features cell modules that have very high ratings and are close to new performance and includes a 24 Month Warranty.
This battery is suitable for customers who want long-term performance but save money off of the cost of a new Hybrid battery.
This item is rebuilt with good used cells that all have been serviced and tested using our advanced tech methods to check voltage, load, capacity, and endurance.
All cells have passed acceptable thresholds for performance.
All connections and bus-bars are refurbished and nickel-plated using our special advanced technique.
This battery comes with a 24 MONTH warranty.

Order Process

1. Choose a battery from the options available for your make and model and add it to your cart.
2. Add the $400 Refundable core deposit to your order
3. Add any warranty extensions you may want or just go with the included warranty
4. Complete the order process with you address and payment details
5. The shipment cost shown will cover shipment of both the rebuilt battery and the core return
6. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Rush orders and pick-up orders are available, call to confirm.
7. Once you receive your order delivery, have the rebuilt battery installed. Installation instructions are shown in the link at the top.
8. Put your old battery back in the delivery crate and secure it using the instruction sheet provided.
9. Attach the included UPS label to the top of the crate and bring it to a UPS pickup location.
10. Once we receive your old battery return, your $400 refundable core deposit should be credited back to your card in about 2-3 business days.

Core Deposit and Core Return

• Our pricing is for exchange only. This means we need your old battery returned to us in exchange for the new one.
• A core deposit of $400 is added to your order, and once the old battery is returned, your core deposit is refunded to your card.
• Customers who wish to avoid a core deposit have the option of sending in their old battery in advance, or visiting our shop to exchange it.

Shipping Details

• The shipment cost for a Camry Rebuilt Battery ranges from $180-$270 for shipment within the lower 48 states.
• This price includes the use of our custom built wooden crate that holds the battery securely.
• The shipment price covers both the outbound shipment to you of your rebuilt battery as well and the shipment cost of the old battery return back to us.
• You will be using the same wooden crate for your convenience.
• A pre-paid shipment label will be provided for the core battery return.
• Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, US virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and international customers should contact us for shipment cost and options.

Installation

Installation of the hybrid battery in your car in not included in this price.
We have instructional videos posted to help handy customers do the installation themselves.

Installation Instructions

For customers who are looking for an installer, we have found that most local mechanic shops would be capable of installing the battery once you receive it for a reasonable fee.
We do have installation partners in several locations who can help as well for an additional fee.
If you have questions about finding an installer, please contact us in advance so we can clarify what your options are in your location.

We offer installation at our Ridgefield, NJ location for $200 in most cases.
Call to schedule an appointment. Customers who choose this service also save the shipment cost and the core deposit fee.

Limited Hybrid Drive Battery Warranty

At Falcon Hybrid Solutions, we go to great lengths to assure our hybrid batteries are rebuilt at the highest industry standards to provide long trouble-free service.

Warranty Period
Warranty periods range from 30-Days to 5-years.
Each product will specify in the description the warranty length.
Falcon Hybrid Solutions warranties its hybrid drive batteries to be free of defects in workmanship and materials when used as directed.
Warranty period starts from purchase date.

Warranty Transfers
The warranty is transferrable to one subsequent party.

Warranty Registration
We require warranty registration to be done within 30 days of purchase. Please use the warranty registration form on our site and fax it in completed and signed to 845-363-0322

Covered Items
This warranty covers repair or replacement of your hybrid battery only. Installation costs are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process
In the event of a hybrid drive battery problem, please contact our service department to report the problem. We may require the fault codes for the problem.
Once we determine that a warranty repair or replacement is warranted, the customer will be responsible to return the faulty battery for repair or replacement.
The shipment cost of this return is the customers responsibility.
Once we have received the battery, we will send the repaired or replacement battery back to the customer at no charge.

Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship out a replacement in advance of receiving the faulty battery.
In this instance, we will require a core deposit and payment for the one-way shipment cost of the faulty battery.
We will then send a replacement in our crate with a pre-paid return label for the customer to send back the faulty unit. This arrangement is not always available and will be offered only in certain cases.
When a battery is repaired or replaced, this warranty continues to cover the repaired or replacement battery for the remainder of the warranty period.

Mileage Limitation
This warranty includes 15,000 miles for each year of warranty coverage, or 7500 miles for each 6 months of warranty period.
Shorter warranties include 1250 miles per 30 days of warranty coverage.

Warranty exclusions
The following conditions will render this warranty void,
Batteries that have been improperly installed.
Products stored for longer than 30 days prior to installation.
Physical damage to the battery caused after delivery, ie being dropped or car being in an accident after installation that causes damage to the battery.
Battery that has had exposure to harsh weather, chemicals, or water.
Battery that has misuse, abuse, or the installation of unauthorized accessories.
Battery that has been discharged by a poorly running engine or hard-to-start engine to the point where is damaged.
Battery damaged by leaving the car in neutral while car is running.
Battery damaged by allowing car to sit unused for over 30 days.
Batteries that have been tampered with, opened, disassembled, except with the direct instructions from Falcon Hybrid Solutions.
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the car which cause the battery to discharge damaging it.
Batteries that are missing the Falcon Hybrid identification stickers.

Notice: The Hybrid Battery can be permanently damaged if the engine fails to start for whatever reason including but not limited to running out of gas,
lack of engine maintenance, foul gas, dirty throttle body, etc, this kind of damage is not covered under warranty.

Legal Statement
This limited warranty represents the total liability of Falcon Hybrid Solutions for any hybrid battery. All other warranties implied by law applicable to the battery shall be limited to the warranty period stated on the sales receipt / Invoice.
Falcon Hybrid Solutions makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or exclusion or limitations on incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights varying from state to state. By accepting this product, you hereby waive and release any claim now or hereafter existing against Falcon Hybrid Solutions, its employees, officers, directors, agents and customers, on account of any and all claims, demands, suits, causes of action and all legal proceedings, whether civil or criminal, damages, losses, liabilities (including, but not limited to, strict liability in tort), obligations, penalties, judgments or fines and other sanctions, and any costs and expenses in connection therewith, including legal fees and expenses of whatever kind and nature, which may result from or arise out of injury to or death or loss or damage to property or the loss of use of any property which may result from or arise out of the possession, condition, use or operation this product.

Return Policy
Customers returning a battery because of a mistake order or changing their mind will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The shipment cost billed is not refundable.

Core Return Policy
The customers original battery know as the core, must be returned to Falcon Hybrid within 30 days to qualify for a core deposit refund.
If a customer needs more time to return it, they should request an extension.
The core must be returned in the same crate that our rebuilt battery is delivered in.
Failure to return our original crate will result in a $150 deduction of the core deposit.
All components of the core battery must be present to qualify for a core deposit refund.
Cores that have missing cell modules, missing bus bars and wire harnesses, missing case covers, missing ECU modules, and any other missing components may forfeit the core deposit.
Customers who know in advance that their core is missing parts should check with our support department to confirm how it will be handled.
A Return shipment label is provided with your order for the core shipment.
It is placed in a slip on the underside of the cardboard crate cover. The customer should remove the label from the pouch and attach it to the top. Be sure to remove the old label. Customers need to follow the core return instructions included with the shipment to securely fasten the core return.
Core deposit refunds are issued approximately once a week, and will be credited back to the same payment method used to place the order.
